Broccoli and Chicken Stir-Fry

Here is a simple recipe for a broccoli and chicken stir-fry that comes together in less than 20 minutes. This pairs well with rice and noodles, or can be enjoyed on its own!
Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4 people
Broccoli and Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
500g chicken breast (roughly 3 chicken breasts), sliced
300g broccoli, roughly chopped
1 red onion, sliced
¼ cup of soy sauce (plus 2 tbsp for chicken)
White pepper
Black pepper
*feel free to change the amount of soy sauce to your preference
Directions
Step 1
Place your sliced chicken breasts into a bowl. Then season with soy sauce, white pepper, and black pepper to your liking. Set aside as you slice your vegetables.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the pan. Then cook the sliced chicken breasts until well done (there is no pink visible on the inside). Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
In the pan, fry the onions until they have softened. Then add the broccoli, soy sauce, and season with white and black pepper. Cook until it is soft. Add the chicken back into the saucepan and stir together. Allow to simmer covered for a minute. Enjoy!
