Try this refreshing summer sandwich for a quick, easy lunch.
Time: 5 minutes Serves: 1 person
Summer Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of 12-grain bread (or any of your choice)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 slice of cheddar cheese
3 slices of turkey breast
1 mini cucumber sliced into thin slices
⅓ tomato, sliced
1 large leaf of lettuce, cut in half
Directions
Step 1
Spread the mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Place the sliced cheese and turkey breast on top.
Step 2
Evenly place the cucumber slices and tomato on the sandwich, and top it off with the lettuce leaves. Then place the final slice of bread on top. Enjoy!
