Chocolate Covered Peppermint Pretzels

Ingredients
1 cup mini pretzels
½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ tsp coconut oil
1 peppermint candy cane
Directions
Step 1
Microwave the milk chocolate chips and ½ tsp of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, warming in 30-second intervals, and stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate melts completely. Set aside.
Step 2
Place a peppermint candy cane into a Ziploc bag. Using a rolling pin, crush the candy cane into small pieces.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Then, dip each pretzel into the milk chocolate and sprinkle the peppermint chunks all over it while it is still soft. Allow the chocolate to harden. If the pretzels take a while to harden at room temperature, place them in the fridge to speed up the process. Enjoy!
